Working Principle

Power and Drive System

Powered by a dual planetary reducer, it features a low speed (typically less than 50 rpm) and high torque design, ensuring strong tearing force against hard materials such as metal frames and compressors.

The main shaft is forged from high-strength alloy steel and subjected to multiple heat treatments, providing strong impact resistance and adaptability to the complex internal structure of refrigerators.

Shredding Mechanism

Dual-Axis Shearing: The rotating and stationary blades on the two rotating axes intersect to create a shearing force that cuts through materials such as refrigerator casings and insulation. Tearing Action: The blade tip contacts the cylindrical surface of the spacer, tearing hard components (such as metal pipes and plastic brackets).
Crushing: The torque of the blade shaft crushes soft materials (such as foam and rubber), achieving a preliminary separation of mixed materials.

Intelligent Removal Device
