The working principle of the waste plastic baler is divided into three stages: first, the plastic is put into the material box through a conveyor belt or manually, and the pre-pressing device performs preliminary compression; then the main pressure cylinder (pressure is usually 80-300 tons) implements high-pressure compression; finally, the automatic strapping device fixes the formed block with steel wire/plastic belt. Some models integrate crushing function, which can complete plastic crushing processing simultaneously.
