The crushed materials enter the secondary fine crushing link after being graded by a vibrating screen. A four-shaft shredder is used to compress light materials (foams, sponges) to 1/5 of the original volume. Dust and fiber impurities are separated synchronously by a wind separator (wind speed 8-12m/s), and non-ferrous metals are recovered by an eddy current separator. Materials with higher moisture content enter the drum dryer (temperature 80-120℃) to make the overall moisture content ≤15%.

Through pretreatment with a double-shaft shredder, more than 90% of mixed solid waste (plastic, wood, sponge, etc.) is converted into homogeneous fuel particles with a calorific value of 3500-4500kcal/kg, equivalent to 60-80% of lignite, realizing the direct conversion of waste to energy.
Environmental protection and emission reduction benefits
Each ton of RDF replaces 0.75 tons of standard coal and reduces 2.1 tons of CO₂ emissions; during incineration, through a professional flue gas treatment system (such as SCR denitrification), dioxin emissions are reduced by more than 50% compared with traditional waste incineration.
